BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF JIAMUSI ELECTRIC MACHINE CO., LTD.
Jiamusi Electric Machine Co.,Ltd. (abbreviated to JEMLC) take the prime asset of Jiamusi
Electric Motor Works that is backbone enterprise in engineering industry as main body and to form
to a Co., Ltd by reorganization JEMLC situates in the new and developing industrial city Jiamusi,
on the beautiful and rich bank of Songhua River. JEMLC is an initiative works manufacturing the
explosion-proof motors, the crane and metallurgical motors ,the canned motors and the axial-flow
local fans, and has the self-management right to import and export business. JEMLC has now staff
and workers of more than 2300, including engineers and technicians more than 540.JEMLC can
manufacture 153 ranges,1133 frame sizes,60477 specifications of motors, outputs of motors from
0.12kW to 10,000kW.The company has an annual output of 1,300,000kw.It had imported advanced
technology, high precise processing equipments, advanced testing and measuring systems and large
1processing equipments from Germany, Japan, Denmark, etc. Because of applying new eelectronic
technology and CAD, the works has successively developed the following new
products:explosion-proof increased-safety synchronous motors with brushless excitation, cannd
motors(pumps)for the nuclear reacor of cryogenic suply heat, explosion-proof motors for
hydrogenation plant, frequency-changing expolsion-proof motors for hydrogenation plant,
frequency-changing speed-adjusting motors for crane and metallurgical applications, etc. The
products are mainly used in petroleum, chemical ,coal, metallurgical,t raffic, water power, electric
power, food-store, communication ,military industries,etc. The motors are sold to foreign customers,
far in more than 40 countries and regions. The products have provided reliable drive force for the
launching of satellites and rockets, the nuclear reactors, Gezhouba power plant, Sanxia Engineering
Prject, South Pole Great Wall Station, etc.
Jiamusi Explosion-proof Electric Motor Research Institute located at the company area, is an
inspecting,testing and certifying organizaton of explosion-proof electical apparatus which is
authorized by the state, a China national inspection and testing centre of crane and metallurgical
motors and canned motor pumps,and an occupation institute responsible for the electric motors for
crane and metallurgical application and canned motor pumps.The instiute is a science and research
base of integrating the scientific experiment ,testing, and development and design of products.
The products have won titles of Good-quality Products awarded by the state,minsitry and
province. The company has been awarded successively more than 50 provincial-level honorable
titles,such as “National Class I Standardization Unit”, “National Customer-contented Enterprise”
and “National Customer-contented Products” in 1994.The Works firstly passed the attestation of

能好、使用可靠和維護(hù)方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，有較高的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，采用了耐高溫潤(rùn)滑脂，其綜合技術(shù)
經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)達(dá)到國(guó)際同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品先進(jìn)水平。
YG 系列電機(jī)適用于頻繁起制動(dòng)、正反轉(zhuǎn)、反接制動(dòng)等惡劣條件下連續(xù)或斷續(xù)工作，具
有較高的過(guò)載能力，是冶金工業(yè)輥道傳送的專(zhuān)用電機(jī)，也可用于其它機(jī)械設(shè)備上。
該系列輥道電機(jī)分為兩種類(lèi)型，即：
2YGa 主要用于工作輥道，基準(zhǔn)工作制為S5-40%，150次/小時(shí)，關(guān)于工作制的說(shuō)明見(jiàn)圖1、
圖2、圖3。
YGb 主要用于傳輸輥道，基準(zhǔn)工作制為 S1。
YG系列輥道電機(jī)的額定電壓為 380伏，額定頻率為50Hz，Y接法，絕緣等級(jí)：YGa 為
H級(jí)絕緣、YGb 為F 級(jí)絕緣，防護(hù)等級(jí)IP54，安裝結(jié)構(gòu)型式B3、B5、B35，冷卻方式IC410。
如用于變頻調(diào)速，YGa、YGb 電機(jī)允許在 0~100Hz 范圍內(nèi)使用。適應(yīng)控制方式為V/F控
制，轉(zhuǎn)差頻率控制及矢量控制。
General
YG range of roller table three-phase induction motors are new generation of high-reliable
roller table motors. They have advantages of small volume, light weight, good performance, higher
reliability and maintenance, etc., and also have higher mechanical strength. The motors are
lubricated using the high-temperature resistant grease. Comprehensive technical-economical indices
have come up to advanced world standards of the same products.
The motors are suitable for continuous and intermittent operations in severe operating
conditions of frequently starting, plug braking, positive and reverse rotating, etc., and have higher
overload capacity. Hence, they are the spencial motors for driving the roller table in metallurgical
industry, and also be used for other mechanical equipments.
The roller table motors of this range are divded into two types:
YGa, mainly used for driving the working table, basic duty type of which is S5~40%,150
starts/h For description of the duty type, see Fig.1, Fig.2 and Fig.3.
YGb, mainly used for driving the conveying roller table, basic duty type of which is S1.
The motors are designed for rated voltage of 380V, rated frequency of 50Hz, and are Y
connected. Insulation class is H for YGa, and F for YGb. Degree of protection is IP54.Mounting
arrangements are B3, B5 and B35.Cooling form is IC410.
If designed for use with frequency converters, YGa and YGb ranges of motors should be
allowed to operate in range of 0 to 100Hz.Adaptable systems are V/F control, slip frequency control
and vector control.
