YB(YA)系列高壓低速三相異步電動機是我公司在引進德國西門子公司高壓防爆電
機設計制造技術的基礎上，結合我公司多年的生產經驗而設計的，
具有體積小、重量輕、效率高、噪聲低、振動小、運行安全可靠、使用維護方便
等特點，是JBO系列高壓低速電機的更新換代產品。
該系列電動機功率等級、安裝尺寸符合我國標準和國際電工委員會 IEC標準， 或
用于出口設備的配套和進口產品的替代產品， 具有九十年代世界先進水平。
該系列電動機的防爆性能符合GB3836.1《爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設備 第1 部分：
通用要求》，GB3836.2《爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設備 第 2 部分：隔爆型 “d” 》和
GB3836.3《爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設備 第 3 部分：增安型 “e” 》，適用于爆炸性
氣體混合物存在的場所，用作拖動風機、水泵、壓縮機等設備之用。
額定電壓：6KV，10KV
功率范圍：200～1000kW
同步轉速：600、500、428、375、333、300r/min
軸中心高：710、800、900mm
防爆標志：ExdI、ExdIIAT4、ExdIIBT4、或ExeIIT2、ExeIIT3

1. General description
Series YB ( YA) high voltage & low speed three-phase induction motors are
designed with our multi-year factory practices, based on the manufacturing
engineering learned from Germany Siemens AG.
This series motors have many remarkable features such as compact
construction, lightweight, attractive appearance, high efficiency, low noise, small
vibration, safe operation and easy maintenance. They are the updating and
upgrading of series JBO high voltage low-speed motors.
This series motors are met with China National Standards and IEC Standard inoutput ratings and mounting dimensions, so they can be the mating elements for
export equipments and the substituted product for imported product. Their technique
level achieve to the advance world level of the 1990s.
This series motors are confirmed to GB3836.1- electrical apparatus for use in
explosive gas atmosphere Part 1，GB3836.2- electrical apparatus for use in
explosive gas atmosphere Part 2：flameproof enclosure“d”, GB3836.3- electrical
apparatus for use in explosive gas atmosphere Part 3：Increase safety "e”. They are
suitable for hazardous areas, as driving blower fan, water pump, compressor and
similar equipments.

The performance parameters, mounting and outline dimensions of the subseries,
outdoors (W) tropical humidity (TH), outdoors tropical humidity (WTH), are the same
with the basic series of the flameproof three-phase induction motors.

2. 結構說明
該系列電動機為自扇冷卻，在非軸伸端外側裝有外風扇和端罩，與機座周圍的冷
卻管構成外部冷卻系統(tǒng)。
絕緣等級為 F 級，定子線圈采用雙玻璃絲包薄膜繞包扁銅線繞制，定子繞組具有
較高的電氣強度、機械強度、絕緣性能、防潮性和熱穩(wěn)定性。
轉子采用鼠籠結構，經高精度校動平衡，電機運轉平穩(wěn)，振動小。
高壓接線盒為半斜面式，接線空腔大，留有電纜頭位置，可聯結銅鋁橡套電纜。
軸慣通部分的結構采用各先進國家普遍采用的軸向曲路，可制成 ExdI、ExdIIA、
ExdIIB、ExdIIC 或ExeIIT1、ExeIIT2、ExeIIT3。
軸承結構采用西門子公司的三軸承結構，軸伸端采用雙軸承(其中設一球軸承)，防
止向軸伸端串動，運行安全可靠。
電動機兩端設不停機注油裝置，可定期補充潤滑脂，還可根據用戶需要，安裝軸
承側溫度表，監(jiān)測軸承溫度，也可根據用戶需要設置定子測溫和防冷凝加熱裝置。
2. Construction
This series motors, used with self - fan cooling, fit with outer fan and end shield
at the non-shaft extension end, which are constituted external cooling system with
the cooling tube around the frame.
The insulation class is F. The stator coil is made of flat copper strips covered
with double glass fiber mica tape .So the stator windings are in the nature of higher
electric strength, mechanical strength, insulating property, water resistance and heat
stability.
The rotor has adopted the squirrel-cage construction. In the results of precision
dynamic balancing, the motors are able to run smoothly with little noise and vibration.
High-voltage terminal boxes are half-inclined plane with a large terminal
compartment within which positions of cable head are left.
The construction of shaft via hole is adopted with the axial labyrinth which are ingeneral use around in the most advanced countries. So, the motors can
manufactured for ExdI ExdIIA, ExdIIB, ExdIIC, ExeIIT1, ExeIIT2 or ExeIIT3.
The bearing structure is adopted with three bearing structure used in ones of
Siemens AG. the shaft extension end is fitted with double bearings, one of the two is
a ball bearing , to prevent the bearing moves to the shaft extension end. In this way,
the motor runs safely and reliably.
The motor is equipped with lubricating device at the two ends without stop
running, thus the grease will be filled regularly. the bearing thermometer can be fitted
in order to monitor bearing temperature, as the customer required. In addition, the
