摘 要：國(guó)際電工學(xué)會(huì)于2011年5月批準(zhǔn)頒布了“IEC 60092:2011 Electrical Installations in Ships –
Part 509: Operation of Electrical Installations”。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)涉及船舶電氣設(shè)備操作的責(zé)任人制度、接地與短
接、帶電作業(yè)區(qū)和鄰近區(qū)的劃分、環(huán)境條件與露天甲板上的電氣設(shè)備操作以及維修等內(nèi)容。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為

Abstract: The “IEC 60092:2011 Electrical Installations in Ships – Part 509: Operation of Electrical
Installations” is approved by IEC in May 2011. The standard covers the system of nominated person for
operation of electrical equipment on ships, including grounding and short circuit, division of live working
zone and vicinity zone, and environmental conditions, operation and maintenance of electrical equipment on
open deck. The standard is first-time released, which applies to power generation, power conversion, power
distribution, as well as operation and maintenance of other AC and DC electrical equipment on ships.

0 引言 為提高維修操作的可靠性，國(guó)際電工委員會(huì)
相對(duì)于陸上工業(yè)電氣設(shè)備，船舶電氣設(shè)備維修 （IEC）于2011年5月首次批準(zhǔn)頒布了船舶電氣設(shè)
操作的特點(diǎn)是：1）作業(yè)的空間十分狹小；2）船舶 備有關(guān)操作、維修的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《IEC 60092-509:2011船
作為一個(gè)孤立的運(yùn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，一旦發(fā)生異常情況，難 舶電氣設(shè)備的操作》。對(duì)于船舶電氣設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)者，
以得到外界在人員、技術(shù)、物質(zhì)以及能源上的援助； 只有在了解了電氣設(shè)備的操作和維修后，方能設(shè)計(jì)
